Position Description/Responsibilities:
infrastructure/data center/Cloud resources

We are looking for the person to assist in building out the Cloud environments and On Premise infrastructure environments (as well as perform Operational tasks). Below is a list of high level skill sets that we are looking for in these individuals.

o McAfee Anti - Virus Management - Servers
o Base operation support for Widows Server 2012, 2008 Operating System and Windows 7, Windows 8
o Should be able to perform server installs and server configuration
o Data Center Support
o Hardware Break/Fix – should be Familiar with IBM hardware
o Server HW/SW support and maintenance
o Rack and Stack, cabling
o Able to perform driver and Firmware updates
o Have a basic troubleshooting knowledge
o Familiarity with System Center suite including Monitoring with Operations Manager, VM deployment , patching
o General Administration Tasks
a. Co-ordination of Hardware and SAN drives replacement with IBM,EMC
b. Support staff in assisting infrastructure build and troubleshooting as and when necessary
