Developer /Lead Analyst (HBITS 1622)

Position Requirements/Technical Skills:

CDL Modernization

New Federal Mandated Program for Commercial Permit and Commercial Driver License Issuance

Daily Tasks will include but not limited to the following:
• Analyzing, documenting, designing, developing and testing for all aspects of the Commercial Permit and License Issuance.
• Data analysis, data migration, software development and integration, reporting, performance, and testing.
• Will assist the project team with IT related tasks as directed by the IT Lead.

PART A: The ONE MANDATORY REQUIREMENT:

Senior Level
You must be a Senior Programmer / Lead Analyst with documented employment experience of 5-7 years (60-84 months).

- You must have experience with analysis, design, coding, component and assembly testing of all application code owned
by the Application Team. Maintenance (including production support), enhancement and development work. Write
application software, data analysis, data access, data structures, data manipulation, databases, design, programming,
testing and implementation, technical and user documentation, software conversions.

- You must be able to work without assistance and can provide leadership for others; may have advanced education.



PART B: Requested Desirable Qualifications The numbered qualifications below are not mandatory, but candidates should meet or exceed in duration and skill set target asked for, at least 5 of numbers 1 through 10.

1. 84 Months writing Advanced SQL queries.
2. 84 Months developing applications using DB2 databases.
3. 84 Months using ISPF/PDF for mainframe development.
4. 84 Months using CA Endevor for program change control.
5. 84 Months developing CICS programs.
6. 84 Months developing Cobol programs.
7. 84 Months Data Analysis and Design.
8. 36 Months development using SOA methodol.
9. 84 Months Mainframe Source level debugger for testing.
10. 60 Months Lead Developer/Analyst for a team of application developers.
