Sr. QA Working Lead

Experience with Actimize is required.

Core Responsibilities:
1. Develop, maintain, and upgrade testing activities (test conditions, test scenarios, test scripts, and test cycles).
2. Develop test strategies for assigned projects.
3. Document and track defects.
4. Define and execute test plans (testing modifications, analyzing, and verifying results).
5. Lead others in testing activities.
6. Lead and coordinate major projects within the testing area according to the project plan.
7. Give the Project Manager clear and concise updates.
8. Monitor and report on trends.

Additional Responsibilities:
1. Update applicable administrative tracking tools and processes.
2. Mentor associates as appropriate.
3. Identify and recommend process improvement solutions.
4. Perform ad hoc projects as assigned
5. List region/client specific responsibilities

Job Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related degree or equivalent work experience.
2. 7+ years of experience.
