Position Description/Responsibilities:
Quality Assurance Level 3

The potential candidate must have following capabilities:
· Bachelors/Advanced degree in business or computer science and minimum 7 years’ experience in Software Quality Assurance and (I)V&V of complex IT solutions

· Experience in applying state of the art analysis of software specifications, architecture, design and development preferably at CMMI level 3
· Minimum of six years of software testing experience
· Ability to understand application testing requirements
· Ability to develop testing strategy and its components
· Ability to prepare and review test cases for application objects
· Ability to execute test cases and record test results
· Ability to document test results and communicate the same with the project teams
· Proficient in writing SQL queries for conducting manual testing
· Proficient in coordinating with project teams
· Strong expertise in the tailoring and implementing SDLC standards
· Excellent communication/ organizational skills and ability to tailor best practices
· Ability to think strategically and report results
· Proactive team player with a hands-on approach towards delivering results

Experience in automating testing using Win Runner
Experience in writing Unix shell scripts for testing
