ServiceNow Senior Technical Implementation Consultant

Looking for a Senior ServiceNow Technical Implementation Consultant to assist CAI on various implementation engagements with a variety of clients. Here are more details:

• Demonstrable experience with ServiceNow platform navigation, administration, configuration, and scripting
• ServiceNow Admin (or higher) certifications.
• Previous experience in administration and configuration of other ITSM Tools a plus (Remedy, BMC Magic, etc.)
• Background in either software development or IT Service management
• Understanding of ITIL concepts and IT Service Management practices (ITIL v3 certification a plus)
• Understanding of Agile based approach to software development (SCRUM experience a plus)
• Ability to work remotely and largely unsupervised, and to deliver to written requirements
• Ability to work with a remote team, requiring ability to communicate well via phone and email (writing skills)
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience in use case, functional and user acceptance testing a plus
• Experience with javascript a plus
• Experience with other programming a plus
• Experience as a DBA, or similar, greatly desired, but not required (Understanding of relational database concepts is a must)
