Position Description/Responsibilities:

Senior Process & Tools Expert Job Description:
• Leadership skills
• Manage project timelines and deliverables.
• Record defects in accordance with QA best practices (i.e., with full documentation and information including reproduction steps)
• Provide estimate of work in terms of schedule and duration
• Identify and report on potential and actual risks to release cycle
• Provide status reports and updates on a regular basis
• Function as a team player with a "can-do" attitude
• Come up to speed very quickly/become productive in a very short time
• The project timeline is aggressive and there may be a need for occasional work beyond normal business hours.
• Stand up and configure Quality Center (This is the requirement)
• Willing and able to create and execute testing (Manual)
o Naming Standards
o WorkFlow – Emails
o Dashboards and Reporting
o Traceability Matrix


Position Requirements/Technical Skills:
Senior Process & Tools Expert Skill Sets Required:
• 5 Years Automation testing experience (This is not a requirement, but candidates should have the background.
• Candidates that know the testing life cycle. Candidates that mind getting their hands dirty
• Expert in Mercury QC Test Management
• Expert in Agile Methodology
• Understand SQL database scripting
• Experience writing test plans and strategies
• Experience in Test Script Creation and Execution
• Understand setting up data in a Test Driven Development Approach
• Experience creating testable requirements from User Stories
